Panax Notoginseng Soup with Black Dates

Ingredients:
1 slice Panax Notoginseng

3 pcs Black Dates

Some Tangerine Peel

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Clean and rinse panax notoginseng.

2) Soak skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into the stewing pot, add in water and stew for about 3 hours. Before serving, add a quarter teaspoon of salt.
