Ingredients: 3 gram American Ginseng 1pc Dried Black Mushroom 40 gram Burdock 10 pcs Wolfberries 100 ml Water Quarter teaspoon of salt
2) Peel burdock, rinse and cut into pieces. 3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Then add in quarter teaspoon of salt and ready to serve. |
