Panax Notoginseng Soup with Burdock and American Ginseng

Ingredients:
1 gram Panax Notoginseng

3 gram American Ginseng

1pc Dried Black Mushroom

40 gram Burdock

10 pcs Wolfberries

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Clean and rinse panax notoginseng.

2) Peel burdock, rinse and cut into pieces.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Then add in quarter teaspoon of salt and ready to serve.
