Panax Notoginseng Soup with Spare Ribs

Ingredients:
1 gram Panax Notoginseng (flattened)

50 gram Spare Ribs

3 pc Dried Longans

100 ml Water

Quarter tablespoon of salt

1 teaspoon of rice wine


Method:
1) Scald spare ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and drain.

2) Put all the ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon or salt and 1 tablespoon of rice wine before serve.
