Pear Soup with Chuanbei American Ginseng

Ingredients:

1 pc Pear

2 gram American Ginseng (sliced)

8 gram Chuanbei (tendrilled fritillaria)

Some Cane Sugar

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Peel pear, remove its core and cut into small pieces. Rinse and set aside.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and cane sugar, stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
