Ingredients: 1 pc Pear 2 gram American Ginseng (sliced) 8 gram Chuanbei (tendrilled fritillaria) Some Cane Sugar 100 ml Water Quarter teaspoon Salt
1) Peel pear, remove its core and cut into small pieces. Rinse and set aside. 2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and cane sugar, stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve. |
