Pear Soup with Chuanbei

Ingredients:

12 gram Chuanbei (tendrilled fritillaria)

1 pc Pear

2 pcs Candy Dates

Some Cane Sugar

100 ml Water


Method:
1) Cut pear into halves and remove its core.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and cane sugar, stew for 2 hours. Serve.
