Qi & Yang Increment Soup

Ingredients:

12 gram Astragalus Root

8 gram Chinese Yam

12 gram Solomonseal Rhizome

4 gram Figwort root

2 pieces Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 4 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it while hot.
