Six Flavors Soup with Jicama

Ingredients:

8 gram Solomonseal Rhizome

2 gram Chinese Yam

4 gram Dried Longan

3 slices Lily Bulb

10 gram Euryale

1 pc Jicama

10 gram Black Eye Beans

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Rinse and peel jicama, cut into pieces. Soak black eye beans in water for 20 minutes, remove and set aside.

2) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
