Ingredients: 8 gram Glehniae Radix 10 gram Solomonseal Rhizome 5 gram Lily Bulb 7 gram Chinese Yam 5 gram Euryale 8 gram Lotus Seed 10 gram Dried Longan 2 pcs Chicken 100 ml Water Quarter teaspoon Salt
1) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot. 3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 3 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve. |
