Six Flavors Soup

Ingredients:

8 gram Glehniae Radix

10 gram Solomonseal Rhizome

5 gram Lily Bulb

7 gram Chinese Yam

5 gram Euryale

8 gram Lotus Seed

10 gram Dried Longan

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 3 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
