Spare Ribs Soup with Black Bean & Lotus Seed

Ingredients:

10 gram Black Bean

10 gram Lotus Seed

10 gram Solomonseal Rhizome

10 gram Barley

5 gram Dried Longan

Some Ginger

50 gram Spare Ribs

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Scald spare ribs in boiling hot water for 5 minutes, remove and drain.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it while hot.
