Sweetened Ginseng Soup with Almond

Ingredients:

12 gram Sweetened Ginseng (slightly mashed)

8 gram Glehniae Radix

8 gram Solomonseal Rhizome

6 gram Lily Bulb

4 gram Kernel Almond

1 pc Candy Date

100 ml Stock

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in stock and stew for 2 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
