Ten Tonic Duck Soup

Ingredients:

5 gram Codnopsis Pilosulae Radix

4 gram Chinese Angelica Root

5 gram Foxglove Root

4 gram White Atractylodes

5 gram Poria Cocos

5 gram Cnidium Root

5 gram Licorice Root

3 gram Astragalus Root

5 gram White Peony

2 pcs Black Dates

1 gram Chinese Cassia

1 pc Duck Drumstick

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt

Method:
1) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
