Twins Bean Soup with Pueraria Root

Ingredients:

40 gram Pueraria Root

10 gram Peanut

10 gram Black Eye Bean

1 pc Red Date

10 gram Solomonseal Rhizome

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

2) Peel pueraria root and cut into pieces. Soak peanut and black eye bean in water for 20 minutes, remove and set aside.

3) Remove seed from red date. Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
