Wolfberries Sweet Soup with White Fungus

Ingredients:

5 gram Wolfberries

15 gram White Fungus

20 gram Walnuts

Some Cane Sugar

100 ml Water


Method:

1) Scald walnuts in boiling water, remove and soak in water for 15 minutes. Rinse and set aside.

2) Soak white fungus, remove its stems.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and cage sugar, stew for 4 hours. Serve.
