Amaranth and Bean Curd Soup

Ingredients:

200 gram Amaranth

1 box Bean Curd

2 pcs Garlic

Seasoning:

A dash of Salt

A dash of Olive Oil

6 cups of Water

4 tbsp cornstarch mixture

Method:

1. Remove the old leaves of amaranth; rinse and cut into small sections. Dice bean curd. Slice garlic.

2. Put some olive oil in the pot; fry sliced garlic; then add water in until boiling; add bean curd in and boil for a while; put edible amaranth in; Thicken soup by means of adding cornstarch mixture.
