Bean Curd Soup with Crullers

Ingredients:
300g minced pork
3 pieces bean curd
3 sticks crullers*
1 stalk Chinese celery
4C water
Mixture1(1/4t salt, 1/4t black pepper, 2t cornstarch)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Cut both bean curds and crullers into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in
a pan and stir fry minced pork for 10 minutes.
2)Bring 4C of water to a boil under low heat and add minced pork.
When it boils again, add bean curd and Mixture1. Stir well and cook until
the soup is thick. Pour into serving bowl, garnish on top with chopped
celery and crullers; serve.

 

Remark:

*Crullers is Chinese crispy deep fried crullers.
