Bean Sprout and Sparerib Soup

Ingredients:
4oz spareribs
6oz bean sprouts
1 small tomato
Mixture1(9C water, 2 slices ginger root)
Mixture2(2t salt)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Cut spareribs into bite-sized pieces; blanch tomato in boiling water
and remove skin; remove seeds and dice.
2)Heat pan and 2T oil; stir-fry diced tomato for about 30 seconds and
remove.
3)In a pan, add spareribs and Mixture1; heat until boiling and then reduce
heat to low and simmer 40 minutes; add bean sprouts, tomato and Mixture2;
cook an additional 20 minutes and remove to serving bowl; serve.
