Beef and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
450g flank
2 tomatoes
1 potato
1 onion
1t salt
1/4t black pepper
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Rinse both onion and potato, remove the outer skin. Rinse tomatoes,
flank and drain. Cut into small size of all the ingredients.
2)Cook flank in boiling water, rinse and drain.
3)Put all ingredients, pepper and 6C water in a pressure cooker.
Bring to a boil under low heat and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from
heat and let cool. Add salt, pour into serving bowl; serve.
