Beef Soup a la Lo Sung

Ingredients:
1 1/3lbs beef
2 tomatoes
1 onion
Mixture1(2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1/2 Chinese celery cabbage)
Mixture2(1T soy sauce, 1T rice wine)
Mixture3(4t salt)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Cut beef, potatoes, carrot, Chinese celery cabbage, tomatoes and onion
into large squares.
2)Scald the beef in boiling water and remove, then place into a pressure
cooker, add 15C water, cook for 30 minutes till the beef is 80% cooked.
3)Heat 4T oil and stir-fry both onions and tomatoes, then add in Mixture2.
Put this mixture, Mixture1 and Mixture3 into pressure cooker and cook at
moderate heat about 20 minutes.
