Black Mushroom and Chicken-Foot Soup

Ingredients:
12 chinese black mushrooms
24 chicken feet
Mixture1(6C stock, 1/2T rice wine, 2t salt, 2 stalks green onion, 2 slices
ginger root)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Soap black mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes, drain and discard stems.
2)Remove main bone and nails from chicken feet, boil chicken feet for 2
minutes for cleaning purposes then rinse again. Put chicken feet and
Mixture1 in a pan and steam 30 minutes, add black mushrooms caps and
steam additional of 20 minutes before serve.
