Carrot and Soybean Soup

Ingredients:

1 pc Carrot

1 pc Potato

Half cup of Soybean

100 gram Kelp Knot

Seasoning:

8 cup of Water

Proper portion Spice Oil

Proper portion Salt

Method:

1. Rinse, pare and cube carrot and potato. Soak soybean in the water for 2-3 hours. Rinse and drain.

2. Boil soybean until almost done after the water is boiling. Add carrot, potato and kelp knot into boiling. Add salt and spice oil about 15 minutes later. Serve.
