Chestnut Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
200g chesnuts
2 chicken thighs
1t salt
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Cut chicken thighs into small pieces and cook in boiling water. Rinse,
drain and set aside.
2)Clean chesnuts, drain and soak in hot water until soft. Remove outer
hard membrane.
3)Pour 8C of water in a pot and chesnuts. Bring to a boil under low heat
and cook for 45 minutes. Add chicken and cook until chicken is tender.
Pour into a serving bowl with little of salt before serving.
