Corn and Sparerib Soup

Ingredients:
400g spareribs
2 cobs of corn
2 stalks coriander
1t salt
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Rinse chopped spareribs and cook in boiling water. Rinse under cold
water, drain and set aside.
2)Wash and cut corns into sections. Chop coriander.
3)Boil 10C of water, add spareribs and corn.Turn to lower heat and cook
until the spareribs are tender. Add salt, pour into serving bowl, garnish
with coriander; serve.
