Fresh Fish and Dang Guei Broth

Ingredients:
1 whole pickerel
Mixture1(1/6oz "Dang Guei"4-5pieces*,6C water, 2t salt, 1T rice
wine, 2 slices ginger root)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Clean fish and cut into pieces, mix with Mixture1 and place in steamer,
steam for 30 minutes, pour into soup bowl and serve.

*"Dang Guei"(Botanical Name: Angelica sinensis) is one of chinese herbal
aroma and very beneficial nutritionally. Available at any Chinese herbal
drug store.
