Ingredients:
300g groundnuts
3 pig tails
1 stalk spring onions
1T cooking wine
1t salt
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Wash groundnuts and soak in water for 3 hours. Cut pig tails at the
bone
joint into 2-inches section. Cook in boiling water, rinse under tap
water,
drain and set aside. Chop spring onions finely.
2)Boil groundnuts, pour out water and add 6C of fresh water. Boil until
groundnuts are soft. Add pig tail, wine and cook until pig tails are
tender. Add a little of salt, pour to serving bowl, garnish with spring
onions; serve.
