Herbal Drunken Prawns

Ingredients:
12 large prawns
3 slices Dong Guei
2T Qi Zi
6 slices yellow Pak Kei
Mixture1(2 1/2C rice wine, 1/2t salt, sufficient stock)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]


Method:
1)Trim and rinse prawns.
2)Add prawns, Dong Guei, Qi Zi, Pak Kei and rice wine in a small pot
then bring to a boil.
3)Remove cover and cook until the wine burst into flames. Continue to
cook until the flames die out. Add salt, add sufficient stock to dilute
the rice wine to suit our taste. Pour into serving bowl; serve.
