Ingredients:
Mixture1(1lb 1 can creamed corn [about 2C], 4C stock, 1t salt)
Mixture2(4T cornstarch, 4T water)
Mixture3(1C green peas, 2C stock, 1/2t salt)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Heat Mixture1 until boiling. Slowly add 2/3 of Mixture2 to thicken,
pour into serving bowl.
2)Place Mixture3 in a blender and blend the mixture until very fine;
pour into a saucepan and heat until boiling; add the remaining 1/3 of
Mixture2
to thicken; slowly pour into one side of serving bowl which already
containing corn mixture. Using a spoon, coax liquid into the
illustrated design; serve.
