Lily Flowers And Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
1/2 chicken
100g dried lily flowers
1t salt
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]


Method:
1)Clean chicken, chop into bite-size pieces. Cook in boiling water, rinse
to remove scum,drain and set aside.
2)Soak lily flowers in warm water until soft, trim stems and tie into
knots.
3)Bring 6C of water to a boil. Add chicken, lily flowers and cook over
medium heat for 30 minutes. Add salt and pour into serving bowl; serve.
