Loofah Squash and Bamboo Fungus Soup

Ingredients:

1 pc Loofah Squash

6 pcs Bamboo Fungus

2 pc Scallion

4 pcs Mushrooms

Seasoning:

8 cup of Water

Proper portion Spice Oil

Proper portion Salt

Method:

1. Pare and cube loofah squash. Rinse and cube mushrooms. Soak bamboo fungus in the water for a while. Cut them into small sections. Cut scallion into small sections.

2. Fry scallion for a while; then add water into boil until boiling. Put ingredients in step 1 into boil until loofah squash in cooked; add some salt and spice oil.
