Ingredients:
1 large lotus root
10g lotus seeds
110g green seaweed
300g beef
Mixture1(3 slices ginger, 1/2t salt)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Cut beef into bite-size pieces, rinse and drain.
2)Clean lotus root and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
3)Soak lotus seeds and seaweed in warm water till soften. Cut seaweed
into 5cm length.
4)Put all ingredients, Mixture1 and 10C of water in a pot. Bring to
boil,
low heat and simmer until the beef is tender. Pour into serving bowl;
serve.
