Mushroom and Bamboo Sprout Soup

Ingredients:

1 pc Bamboo Sprout

1 pc Carrot

1 pc Celery

6 pcs Mushrooms

Seasoning:

Proper portion Salt

Proper portion Spice Oil

8 cups Water

Method:

1. Pare bamboo sprout; cube it. Pare and cube carrot. Remove the leaves of celery; rinse and chop. Cut each mushroom into halves.

2. Add mushrooms in after bamboo sprout and carrot with 8 cups of water are done; add in salt; sprinkle chopped celery and spic oil. Serve.
