Mushroom Pork Soup

Ingredients:
600g minced pork
2T chopped garlic
5 dried flat fish
Sufficient stock
75g chopped coriander
1/2 black pepper
1/2 sesame oil
Mixture1(1T sugar, 2/3T salt)
Mixture2(1/2C cornflour, 1C water)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Clean cabbage and cut into bite-size pieces. Soak mushrooms in warm water
until soft, trim stems, shred and set aside. Deep-fry dried flat fish
till golden brown. Remove, drain and chop finely.
2)Heat 2T oil in a wok and saute garlic and mushrooms until fragrant.
Add dried flat fish and cabbage and stir-fry until cabbage is soft. Add
stock to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil. Add Mixture1 and
thicken with Mixture2. Add in pork and boil until the pork is cooked.
Pour into serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander, sprinkle with
black pepper and sesame oil; serve.
