Pork Balls And Glass Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
150g minced pork
50g Chinese white cabbage
1 bundle glass noodle
1 stalk spring onion
3 slices ginger
1C stock
1t sesame oil
Mixture1(1/2 egg white, 1t cornflour, 1t salt, 1t sesame oil)
Mixture2(1t salt, 1t black pepper)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Chop finely spring onion and ginger. Mix well in a bowl with minced
pork and add Mixture1. Make the paste into balls size and set aside.
2)Clean cabbage and cut into quarters. Soak glass noodles until soft,
drain.
3)Bring stock and half a pot of water to a boil. Add in pork balls and
boil for 20 minutes. when it boils again, add in cabbage, glass noodles
and bring to a boil of additional 15 minutes. Put Mixture2 and stir well.
Pour into serving bowl, drizzle with sesame oil; serve.
