Ingredients:
1/2 chicken or 2 chicken thighs
4T sesame oil
6 slices ginger root
1C rice wine
Mixture1(2 1/2C water, 1t sugar, 1t salt)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Rinse chicken and drain, cut into medium-size pieces.
2)Heat pan with sesame oil, stir-fry ginger root over low heat till fragrant and
golden brown. Add
chicken pieces, stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes and add rice wine. When mixture
bring to boil, add Mixture1. Adjust to low heat and simmer covered for
30 minutes, pour into bowl and serve.
