Ingredients:
1/2C shredded precooked duckling meat
Mixture1(1/2C shredded bamboo shoot, 1/4C shredded pre-softened Chinese
black mushroom, 1/4C shredded pre-softened wood ears, 1/4C shredded
pre-softened sea cucumber, 1/4C shredded pre-softened pork skin)
Mixture2(6C stock, 2T soy sauce, 1t salt, 1t sesame oil, 1/4t black
pepper)
Mixture3(2T cornstarch, 2T water)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Bring Mixture2 till boiling; add ingredients of Mixture1 and shredded
duckling meat. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat; add Mixture3 to thicken
and pour in a bowl before serve.
