Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
12 small chinese black mushrooms
Mixture1(4C water, 1T rice wine, 1 1/2t salt, 2 stalks green onion,
2 slices ginger root)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Rinse chicken and put in soup pot, add Mixture1 and steam for 30
minutes.
2)Soap black mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes, drain and discard
stems.
Add mushroom caps and 1/2t MSG into soup, cover and steam additional 20
minutes, remove and serve.
