Abalone Soup with Chinese Cordyceps

Ingredients:

10g Chinese cordyceps

100g button mushrooms

100g abalone

10g ham

5g rice wine

500ml chicken stock

1/2t salt

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Soak cordyceps in rice wine for 2 hours. Rinse and take out the dirt.

2.Thinly slice button mushrooms and ham.

3.Bring chicken stock to the boil. Add Chinese cordyceps, button mushrooms, abalone and ham. Turn to low heat and boil for 30 minutes. Season with salt. Serve.
