Beef Shin Soup with Dang Gui and Dan Shen

Ingredients:

20g Dan Shen

20g Dang Gui

250g beef shin

8g dried tangerine peel

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients.

2.Soak the dried tangerine peel in water until soft. Scrape off the pith. Dice the beef shin finely.

3.Put all ingredients into a pot. Add water and bring to the boil over high heat. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Season with salt and serve. Drink the soup and eat the meat.
