Black Skinned Chicken Soup with Deer Antler

Ingredients:

5g sliced deer antler

600g black-skinned chicken

20g Huai Shan

6g dried tangerine peel

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Dress the chicken and rinse all other ingredients.

2.Soak dried tangerine peel in water until soft. Scrape off the pith.

3.Put all ingredients into a pot. Add water and cook for 3 hours; serve.
