Ingredients: 30g Dang Shen 15g Du Zhong 60g glutinous rice 600g chicken 15g ginger [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method: 1.Rinse all ingredients. 2.Put Dang Shen and Du Zhong into a cloth bag and tie the bag tight. Put all ingredients into a pot. Cook until the rice is mushy. 3.Season with a little salt and cooked oil, serve.
