Chicken Congee with Peanuts

Ingredients:

400g chicken

30g peanuts

20g ginger

100g long-grain rice

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients. Cut chicken into pieces.

2.In a pot, add peanuts, rice and water. Cook until the rice is mushy. Add ginger and chicken. Cook until the chicken is done.

3.Season with salt; serve warm.
