Chicken Feet Soup with Peanuts

Ingredients:

300g chicken feet

50g peanuts

30g hyacinth beans

9g dried tangerine peel

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Brush the chicken feet well with a toothbrush. Rinse all other ingredients.

2.Soak dried tangerine peel in water until soft. Scrape off the pith.

3.Put all ingredients into a pot. Add water and cook until the rice is mushy; serve.
