Chicken Soup with Ba Ji Tian

Ingredients:

1/2 mature hen

15g Ba Ji Tian

5g dried tangerine peel

15g Huai Shan

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Skin the chicken. Trim the fat and dress it. Rinse.

2.Soak dried tangerine peel in water until soft. Scrape off the pith.

3.Put all ingredients into a pot. Add water and cook until the chicken is done. Season with salt; serve.
