Crucian Carp Soup with Small Red Beans

Ingredients:

1 crucian carp

50g small red beans

10g Yun Ling

5g dried tangerine peel

ginger slices

spring onion

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Scale and dress the fish. Rinse well. Rinse all other ingredients.

2.Put the fish into a soup pot. Add water, seasoning and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn to low heat. Simmer until the fish is done. Serve, eat the fish and the small red beans while drinking the soup.
