Dried Duck Gizzard Congee with Dried Tangerine Peel

Ingredients:

1 dried duck gizzard

4g dried tangerine peel

50g long-grain rice

100g lean pork

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients. Soak tangerine peel in water until soft. Scrape off the pith.

2.Put all ingredients into a pot. Add water and cook until the rice is mushy. Season with salt, serve.
