Fish Head Soup

Ingredients:

1 big fish head

30g sliced ginger

2 cubes bean curd

sectioned spring onion

5C water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Cut the fish head into big chunks. Rinse well.

2.Heat some oil in a pot. Fry the fish head briefly. Add water and bring to a boil.

3.Put in ginger, bean curd and sectioned spring onion. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Season with a little salt; serve.
