Fish Tail Soup with Sweet Corn and Bean Curd |

Ingredients: 200g sweet corn on the cob 400g fish tail ginger slices 2 cubes bean curd 5C water [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method: 1.Rinse the fish tail. Heat some oil in a pot. Put in the fish and ginger slices. Fry the fish briefly. 2.Add water and bring to a boil. Add sweet corn and bean curd. Turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour. 3.Season with salt; serve.
