Glutinous Rice Porridge with Black Beans and Qi Zi

Ingredients:

30g black beans

30g mung beans

60g Huai Shan (sliced)

30g dried unripe mulberries

30g Qi Zi

glutinous rice flour

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients (except glutinous rice flour). Soak Qi Zi in water until fine.

2.Put all ingredients (except glutinous rice flour) into a pot. Add water and cook until done.

3.Add glutinous rice flour and mix well; serve.
