Lean Pork Soup with Lotus Seeds and Dried Longans

Ingredients:

50g lotus seeds (cored)

50g dried longans

20g Huai Shan (sliced)

15g ginger

300g lean pork

8C water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse lean pork, lotus seeds, dried longans and Huai Shan.

2.Boil the water. Put in all ingredients. Bring to a boil again.

3.Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Season with salt; serve.
