Lean Pork Soup with Sweet Corn and Small Red Beans

Ingredients:

300g lean pork

300g sweet corn on the cob

60g small red beans

15g ginger

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredient.

2.Put sweet corn, small red beans and lean pork into a pot. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat.

3.Put in ginger. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Serve.
