Lean Pork Soup with Tian Ma and Gou Teng

Ingredients:

10g processed He Shou Wu

15g Tian Ma

15g ginger

100g lean pork

10g Gou Teng

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients except ginger.

2.Put He Shou Wu, Tian Ma, lean pork and ginger into a clay pot. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

3.Add Gou Teng and cook for 20 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
